District Industrial Home Commonly Known As Sanatzar Was Established In 1975 In Rawalpindi With The Objective To Empower Women For Social Economic Uplift Of Female In Society.
The basic idea behind this scheme was to utilize the spare time of woman by training them in various crafts and on the other to make them financially sound so that they can contributes in the income of their families by arranging Centre/ order work for trained worker.
